The admin is absolutely shocking. The response and communication is almost zero to none. Our estate is at a standstill because this stockbroker does not care despite the many emails and calls made. No one responds and when you get hold of them you have to keep sending the same emails over and over. Costly calls holding in for hours and no help. When the Client dies there is a "don't care" care attitude. It holds back the winding up process.
