Nedbank Private doesn’t take banking seriously

Dear Reader, when you get to the point to write a review it means that one had done all you could and the frustration levels are high. Nedbank Private doesn’t take your banking serious and their level of service is a big concern. I have to follow up constantly on a query which has still not been resolved. I am seriously going to change banks. No-one deserves bad service even so much more if it comes to your hard earned money.
