Nedbank Private Clients SUCK!!

I have been a customer of Nedbank for more than 20 years.

I am so fed up with Nedbank at the moment, they charge you payment protection on your credit card, even if you have a positive balance and pay off your credit card every month. These small amounts all add up and banking with them is just not viable anymore.

I am a Private banking customer, but this means nothing. There is no personal service, no real added benefits, all the private banker does is refer you to someone else. Private banking, more like a receptionist.

I am seriously considering moving all my business over to another bank
