Nedbank private clients

Terrible service received from Nedbank. I transferred money from a transactional account to a notice account, but the money never reflected. I contacted their private clients unit on the 18th of November (***) about this and they promised that they will resolve it within 24 to 48 hours. Despite my numerous follow ups because no one is getting back to me, today (6 Dec), my query still has not been resolved, nor has anyone contacted me with an update. Very disappointing! If It was possible, I would rate them a zero.
