Nedbank private banking non service delivery

Nedbamk private banking had shown me nothing but zero service delivery...almost feels like a government entity... I was suppose to be assigned a private banker on Monday 08 November 2021 as to a email from Nokotulo...and decided to give them a call on Tuesday afternoon and held the line for almost 20 minutes with no one answering.
