Nedbank private banking is worst bank

I recently changed over to Nedbank private banking after taking out a home loan with them. Once switched over I decided to move all financial products to them, including my two vehicles. That was in November 2025. Up until Feb 2026, my account was in a negative due to Nedbank messing up badly with settling vehicles etc. In January I told my private banker I am cancelling all payments until the issue is sorted. No one said I could not do this and I stopped everything. That’s when I started getting calls that I am behind on my vehicle payments. And on my personal loan. Yet, nothing was sorted from their side. Once they finally sorted everything out in Feb, I was still receiving calls that my payments on cars were behind. Being reassured by my private banker that she was doing everything to set it right, in the end I had to extend my vehicle contract by one month and paying the interest, once again because of their inability to sort this out. Then, once I thought I was now finished, they started calling me regarding the personal loan. I then sent emails and tried to find out what was the arrangement and should I now pay or should it be arranged from their side? Without warning they double deducted my personal loan. Once again, throwing my own finances into chaos. Tried to speak to my private banker, and had to contact another cause she was on holiday. This was around the 30th March. I was assured by the other private banker that the personal loans department will contact me and arrange a refund or assist me somehow. And. Surprise. No call. No email. No refund. No asssitance. Nedbank private banking is a load of ****. Thank you Nedbank. Been a client for over 30 years. And this is how you treat loyalty.

And this morning I see my clear score reports that I missed a payment. Affecting my credit score. Thank you Nedbank. Even though you took your money. It is so ironic, that should you owe money it is a world of stories and red tape. But should your loyal clients owe you it is a major problem.
