Nedbank Private Banking

I was offered a private account by Nedbank more than two months ago. After meeting my banker, she told me she will inform me when my account is changed and my new cards are ready. I did not hear anything from her about that. to make matters worst, I saw by my bank charges that my account is changed, yet the bank charges and interest rate on my credit card are still the same but I was promised they will charge. It feels like this was just a **** pulled by Nedbank to increase my bank charges.
