Nedbank Princes Avenue Benoni

As a client Iam very disappointed and frustrated with Ned bank Princes Avenue Branch in Benoni with the way they operate. on the 28th November 2019 I deposited a cheque for R15000 on special clearance at this branch and on the following day the deposit was reversed.I went to them to inquire they indicated to me that they were not aware of the reason as to why the cheque was reversed and they will inquire and let me know the on Monday as weekends the cheque processing center is not open.Although I had to negotiate with the client issue another cheque for my business,am still yet to receive and answer from the as to what had happened.They have not yet responded to me. On the 9th of December 2019 I deposited three cheques on special clearance again on the same branch, two were cleared by Friday on that week and one for R8550 is not yest cleared and they have charged for that special clearance.According to me the special clearance time frame has elapsed and they have charged me. I went to the Branch to inquire and I was told my Mrs Tirontso Masina that i have to contact my relationship banker ,she also requested my contact so that she may come back to me after her investigation. I then drove to my banker in Alberton and to my surprise she advised me that the branch that I did the deposit were supposed to assist me by clearing that cheque

To be honest this has impacted my business a lot adversely as I needed cash to pay my staff as this is December.I will have to go and borrow cash and pay people that I owe just because some one is not effective enough to do his or her job.This i s not good at all and unprofessional.My business might be small but it has a lot of stakeholders that depends on it.I will never do any transaction with this branch anymore even thought they are a walking distance from my offices.The staff seems like they are not aware of what they are doing and they are not competent in my opinion.
