Nedbank Pretoria (Pretorius street) branch the worst bad service provider

I regret ever opening an investment account at Nedbank due to the service that I always endure when I go there to deposit money into that account since I can’t transfer it from my current account as the app is useless so you’re forced to go inside the branch. The reason to have one teller allocated for deposit I don’t understand, you’ll wait for more than 45mn in-line and when finally being assisted they don’t bother to greet you it’s like they doing you a favor. I can’t wait for this investment to mature so I could move all my accounts to another bank. The sad part is when you go to other branches like Sandton where majority of people are white you get better service.
