Nedbank Prescribed Debt - Terrible Service!

There's an old cheque account that I have with Nedbank that I had requested to be closed a while ago. The last deposit made into this account was in 2013 and Nedbank still has not closed this account. Nedbank has now classified this as debt on my name but nobody has been in contact with me about this for more than 3 years which means this "debt" is now prescribed and needs to be removed from my profile and this account needs to be closed. It's pathetic how Nedbank is holding on to this because of a mistake on their side.
