nedbank prepaid electricity

You buy electricity from the Nedbank account, they deduct the money immediately but do not send you your voucher so you can load your electricity. When you complain they will tell you they will investigate and will reply in 3 days. You buy electricity because you need it not in incase. This is absolutely pathetic.. This is on a January month-end where everybody is stretching their limits.
