Nedbank practically *****ing Money

In error, I transferred R2000 from my Nedbank account into a dormant Nedbank account that was on my beneficiaries. Once I realized this I asked Nedbank to return my money They have charged me R394.00 to process this transaction and I have to wait 7 days to see if they can give me my money back?? This is practically *****ing I can't believe that my own bank would charge this exorbitant amount to fix an error. I did a similar thing with FNB last year and they returned R10 000 to me without charging a cent well done FNB
