Nedbank Potchefstroom Personal Business Banking

Absolutely pathetic service! No amount of swearing can voice my frustration. I've been trying to get a business account opened with this branch for the last couple of weeks. The mindnumbingly useless staff working at personal banking has at this point started dropping the phone in my ear, even after I have stayed calm through this brutally unprofessional service. By now they know my number and don't even answer my calls anymore. If you are looking for a bank you are better off going to McDonald's than this utterly useless and apathetic ghost town.
