Nedbank potchefstroom

Nedbank potch...terrible service..no help from the time you walk in. Got a ticket and sat and sat and waited...staff continued walking around, some doing nothing, a lady walking up and down and doing imaginary assistance to her clients...waited and waited.a staff member who i had dealt with in the past tried to help eventhough he was busy with someone else...only motivated person at this branch.anyway felt like going to the old post office...lots of people to work ,but very few workers..totally disappointed. Walked out without being helped.
