Nedbank port shepstone atm

Actually zero rate. I went to the Nedbank atm in Spar in Untentweni tuesday to withdraw my Sassa pension. All went well and machine was showing PSE TAKE YOUR CASH. But no cash came out. The machine had frozen and after a while went back to menu. First screen. Now nedbank advises me to go to Sassa to sort it out. Its pathetic sassa can do nothing. Their money was in my account. But is now still in the Nedbank atm which didnt pay out. Nedbank doesnt want to know anything about checking with cash in transit who woildve found R1800 over when they balanced. Pse pse someone talk some sense into these nedbank idiots. That my money is with them. I need my money
