Nedbank - POPI act breached

Good day, I have app**** for a bond through Nedbank. Yesterday my co-applicant received a message that he has to settle an account. When he phoned Lifestyle to enquire what it was for, they informed him that it was not for him but gave him the details and told him that it was a settlement for me. They told him when the account was opened and when it was closed.

Legally this holds huge consequences for the bank regarding the POPI act that was breached. Legal action should be taken against Nedbank for giving out my personal information to another party.
