Nedbank POP please?!

I've been complaining for over 3 years that I cannot download a POP if I don't do it when I make payment and then they take away my ability to do it when paying. I can no longer get a Proof Of Purchase for free. I now have to pay for either SMS R1.10, Email R0.95 or Fax R8.00
