Nedbank - Poorest service EVER
I do not bank with Nedbank but a friend of mine does. I have never come across such an inefficient bunch of people and will be telling everyone about my experience. A friend of mine is in Hospice and she banks with Nedbank. Together with her financial adviser and 2 witnesses she gave me power of attorney on her accounts. When I went into Nedbank they said it must be signed by a Commissioner of Oaths. Go back again, it is still not acceptable - now it must go to their legal department. I ask how long this will take - they don't know. I had to wait in a queue to get into the bank for over 30 minutes. Her staff have not been paid and are starving - especially their families at home. I can understand if I am transferring the money to my account - but it is for her staff. User you common sense Nedbank. You are a disgrace
