Nedbank poor telephonic assistance.

This one star is more than Nedbank deserve for their telephonic assistance but the system doesn't allow me to post any less. This is the second day I've called Nedbank and today, I've been transferred to 8 different people, none of whom have helped me and this took 28 minutes - I have still not been helped. Telephone number *** ..... shocking service!!!! Everyone just passes the call to the next.
