Nedbank poor systems

Had to close my small business account twice... And it still hasn't been closed properly.

How difficult can such a basic process be to get right?

Not only that, but nedbank keeps sending me messages with negative connotations towards my credit score as "the account is overdrawn". Even though it has been closed twice and I phoned in multiple times.

Absolutely unbelievable. As a bank, how can you provide such a service?
