Nedbank poor services on credit card applt

I app**** December 2019 for a credit card,they send me SMS Se to my cellphone to say "congratulations you've been provincial approved and need paperwork from me.I mailed it to them and they keep on sms to my cellphone number,the application failed many times and everytime I have to apply from new.They keep on saying they have another old number of me.Every time I change it,I don't know how they can reach me on my number with sms but phone on old number.Its been two months now what I keep on apply with no response.The best is I've opened a business account now and that's the service I get from Nedbank
