Nedbank poor services

On the 10-06-2022, my current account was debited with R3214.12 & R4136.38 with out my knowledge, I do have a homeloan account with Nedbank, but the interim interest is supposed to be added to the home loan account not deducted from my current account. I need my money to be reversed I need to close my other debts as I will be paying a home now. I have tried to get hold of Nedbank using the app and phones but till now they transferring me to this person and the other , then drop my call. I have been with Nedbank for over 10 years now , is this hoe you treat your customers?
