Nedbank poor services

Iam so heartbroken there was a transaction that took place into my nedbank business acc which I didn’t knw abt I called the nedbank help line immediately but I was given a case number n told that the matter is been investigated n my money will be transferred bck into the acc .....but up until now the money is not yet transferred bck ...they say the matter is still under investigation so meanwhile my business finances has to suffer while waiting so disappointed
