Nedbank poor service one consultant after the other

I have had such a bad experience with Nedbank over the last couple of days that I am seriously considering switching banks. Transferred from pillar to post and simply no resolution in sight. If I wasn't in such need of their assistance I would have quit this saga long ago. These huge corporations simply don't seem to care.
