Nedbank poor service from your consultants

I have been put under debt review and I was informed that the first month the lawyers will deduct money which means that no debits will be taken from my account and my bank was informed about the debt review . Then the next thing the lawyers deduct their money and Nedbank deducted the debit orders. I called Nedbank and I spoke to a consultant in Debt Review department and instead of assisting me she laughed at my situation literally laughing out loud . I am very disappointed with Nedbank as I have been a faithful client now that I am in a situation they are treating me like this not taking my matter seriously and doing as they please with my account.
