Nedbank poor service from Private banking division

I have had the misfortune to be a member of Nedbanks Private banking service. I have transferred money from my cheque account to my credit card in error. There is no option on online banking to transfer it back on the app.

I have asked my Private banker to assist.

She said there is nothing they can do and that I would have to go into the bank to sort it out

This is not the first time I have had bad service from Nedbank

I will most likely be leaving soon.
