Nedbank Poor Service

I had a problem two months of unauthorized debit debit orders, I called Nedbank last month requesting them to stop the two unauthorized debit order and the consultant confirmed that they have stopped the debit orders. today when I logged in my app my account is on -R643.00 and I call their contact center but no assistance and I was transferred to the other department still the was no assistance .

Each and every month my account must be on minus because Nedbank is not willing to assist. I will never recommend anyone to Nedbank after the Bad Service I got from them .
