NEDBANK POOR SERVICE CONTINUES

Nedbank please catch a wake up!! seriously, you guys are beyond repair and useless when it comes to customer care. I went into the Tzaneen Branch to solve the issue of my debit order on my personal loan. Nedbank your debit order date is WRONG!!! i clearly stated that my salary date is on the 25th. That's when the debit order should go off. NOT ON THE 24TH as you so willy nilly decided to do by yourself. The Tzaneen branch could not solve the issue, the consultant should not work there. Also your customer care DONT answer their phones. So I am stating this in black and white, that if you continue to debit my account on the 24th with no funds, it not my fault!! and if my credit score will be affected because of your incompetence then I WILL take this matter further. People should stay away from Nedbank, don't even open an account with them. you will regret this.
