Nedbank poor service

At the fancy new The Point in Sea Point, they have only one teller working with a q of 3 people. On enquiry was told the other cashier was on lunch. This is service below poor, they just built a fancy new branch but it’s useless without the right people, internal control and a reception that is not rude.
