Nedbank poor service

This is the third day standing outside the bank to get a new card here in Kroonstad the service is pathetic they've helped about 4 people in the last hour and a half, i work for the department of health and cant afford to come stand outside thr bank every day when i phoned them to ask the for help they gave me the snotty answer that i can always go to another nedbank in another town it, would be faster to walk across the street and open a new account at fnb than wait infront of the nebdank
