Nedbank poor service

It's been 2days now Nedbank is failing to fix the urgent issue at hand. I'm really disappointed and frustrated with this kind of **** service from a big Bank in SA like Nedbank. When l phoned Nedbank Customer care, the two ladies contradicted them, they couldn't explain to me as to why my money that has been paid in my Nedbank cannot reflect in my account, please urgently fix this
