Nedbank Poor Service

I have been a loyal customer of Nedbank for the last 30 years and expect some amount of service from Nedbank after asking for assitance in a ****. Thinking that this is the bank that looks after my money, from home loan to car loan to many more accounts. Yet after at least 20 emails to everyone i could find I logged assistance when i was ****med when buying a puppy by two account holders of other banks. To this date 2 months later I have not received any proper feedback as to what was the process that was follow to assist in getting my money back and the outcome from the varioius banks. The lack of proper response was appauling. Then a Nedbank consultant phoned and dare to tell me I have no reason for being upset regarding the feedback that was given. So if this is the type of service and assistance I can expect from Nedbank after being loyal for 30 years, then i would rather take my account to a bank that cares about there people and take the time to communitate to their customers.
