Nedbank poor service

I have been begging Nedbank for more than a year to e mail me my credit card monthly statements without any joy. I only receive one of the two statemwnts. When I phone customer care to request they put me on hold for 8 minutes and eventually drop the call... Bad bad bad service as usual from the most pathetic financial institution on earth!
