NEDBANK POOR Service and Systems

I have App**** for a Nedbank Credit card in April. I heard nothing from Nedbank After enquiring my Credit score I noticed that there was indeed an open account at Nedbank. After further enquiry I found out that the Cards are at the Kempton Park Branch. I have collected the cards and went through the FICA process twice as there was a system error. I went to the branch again for a third time. I was told to open a current account as well. I re did the FICA process. I still can't access the account or use the cards. This is frustrating as I have spent 8 hours in total at the branch and still no success
