Nedbank poor service and loan I never app**** for

I'm quite disappointed with the poor service I have received from Nedbank. Firstly the CPO refused to treat my Complaint on the merchant who debited my account without my consent for a service I never even signed up for, secondly today I discovered that I have a personal loan on my Nedbank app profile which I never even app**** for. The staff on the app take forever to respond, mind you I'm using data to wait for a response online. I end up resorting to escalating my frustration with an email to the complaints department and the ombudsman at Nedbank. Really this will drive clients away from Nedbank to other banks which offer quite exceptional service.
