Nedbank poor service

Case ***. FICA of account done 26 Aug 2023, only registered by our private banker by 24 Nov 2023 on the system. Meaning my month end business banking could not be done for end of November, with NO notification on the system. We pay for private banking service, only to receive extremely poor service. Consider this when you select a bank to support you and your business!
