Nedbank poor service

wow !!!!! the level of poor service of Nedbank i am in disbelieve i registered a ***** case 3 months ago they told me 45 working days. after 45 working days i have to call and ask for feed back i lost money no one is worried about the client i have missed payments on accounts because of this poor service they are not worried at all. when you don't have a lawyer to represent you in cases like this it can take months how can they not know what happened to my money when i trust them to keep it safe for me. i am ready to walk to walk away cancel all policies and move to a different bank honestly Nedbank customer service is the worst of the worst
