Nedbank Poor Service

I am so upset with Nedbank. Their service is so so bad and dissatisfying it is unbelievable. I battle with a problem for the past 30 days and it is such a long story. I have to tell this story over and over and over to all the different people they put me through. Then I received a reference number and was referred to the ***** department. They told me today to go back to the original branch and inform me to collect the original forms of 15 years ago. That is so impossible, all the branches in our area closed and moved to malls.
