Nedbank poor service

My father a pensioner got retrenched around May 2019 and was paid out all provident funds , so he than went to Nedbank to request for settlement on his debts they advised him that he has insurance for the debt thereby the insurance will payout the debt until gets a job , mind you he’s 55 years old it unlikely for him to get employment at age , a year after they started harassing him to pay out the bank loan according to the law if you don’t contact someone about their debts in three months, the debt will be insolvent. Which surprises why are they harassing an old man like him who is unemployed and won’t be able to pay that debt . Clearly this indicates that Nedbank doesn’t advocate for people of color , because when we enquired were told that the white that keeps harassing my dad is not allow to do that technically considering the situation that he is in .
