Nedbank poor service

My card was blocked by the bank and even after going to the bank to report they didn't even try to assist. I'm hungry with my children due to their poor system and lack of staff empathy. This is my own money from my salary that I cannot access. I guess that's how they treat their clients after so many years banking with them. The lady at Hayfields Nedbank Pietermaritzburg who assisted me resorted into lying saying they can't assist to call their main branch
