Nedbank poor service

Saturday I had a problem withdrawing the Send Money voucher so they opted to refund the voucher back into my account, they promised that the turnaround time is 24 hours so I should expect funds by Sunday- come Sunday I'm not receiving anything so I phoned them again following up because Kids School fees and transportation are due month end plus my rent but no positive feedback I was getting agents and team leaders that cannot even answer 1 question. My kids lost 3 days of School because Nedbank decided to take 5 days to process the refund and I will now be paying tuition fee plus interest for late payment because of Nedbank. I was really inconvenienced and humiliated by Nedbank it was like I'm a useless father who can't even manage to take kids to school 😏😏they say they are the bank that takes our money seriously but wow it's the opposite
