Nedbank - Poor Service

opened up a Nedbank account in September , spoke to the agent said all is good had a copy of my ID , etc , Then received an sms from Nedbank to verify my documents at a bramch. On the 27th of October I visited the Nedbank Lambton Branch for them to Fica my documnets , all went well, then I received an sms on the 31st of October stating that my account will be restricted as the bank had not received my documents , called the call centre the agent verified all was good , this morning the 1st November money could not be deposited due to account pending activation , called the call centre was told there is a hold on the account due to Fica documents outstanding , how is this possible , totally appauled by the service received from Nedbank as a 1st time customer, will eventually close this account and never deal with them ever !!!!!
