Nedbank poor service

Where do I even start Nedbank ****** me blue blind and they still get away with it, I had insurance for a loan but they refuse to pay even though all documents were submitted, including ui19 form stating I was fired, So why would and employer fill a u19 form stating fired and then confirm other information over the phone, clearly there was no proper investigation done, it's easier not to pay and to make matters worse my credit score is affected by this why take out insurance if they are not willing to pay, I would like a copy of that call recording because clearly something does not add up. NEDBANK IS ****** AND THEY DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TO CONTACT YOU THE LEVEL OF DISRESPECT.
