nedbank poor service

Nedbank has blocked me from using my account they say my Fica documents expired where as I've only used this bank account for less than 5 months and they have blocked me from using my January salary I cant access my money I cant pay my bills I have provided all the documents they said I should provide for them to update my FICA docs but till this day I'm struggling I don't have money to travel to work a have a 1 year old daughter I cant proved my kid with her needs because I don't have access on my money that I worked hard for. I'm frustrated.
