Nedbank Poor service

Good day i was a client of nedbank in 2010 i closed my account then a couple of months i decided to open account again a week ago i receive a sms state that i can apply for a loan when i app**** i get the news that i owe them 1550.24 i log a coplain abd today i received a call saying i have to pay that money .I never loan any money from them and i was been inform by the bank that the account is closed ..
