Nedbank Poor service

Good Day

I had a pathetic experience at Nedbank Melville today.....I actually was thinking of opening up an account or switching banks to Nedbank which also includes my business banking but after the service i received today i have thought oterwise

Definitely wont be using them as the manager on duty also showed no interest after i waited for her to explain my story
