Nedbank poor service

Hi I am experiencing very poor service regarding my account. They threw me from one costumer service to another for moths now without solving my problem of taking my dept rewiev flag from my account. I sent all the relevant documents 3 times and nothing they keep telling me its a technical problem.. i have been to the Ceres branch sat there for hours with no sukses then the Worsherster branch same story. This is the most unprofessional service i have ever received.
