Nedbank poor service

@Nedbank one of your employees made me sign documents for an agreement to release funds to my account, I have signed and submitted the documents and now your employee does not have the decency to respond to my calls and emails. Is this correct? please note that I am angered by this and will not continue to bank with the institution in future
