NEDBANK POOR RESPONSE TO ***** AND DONT TAKE THE BLAME

Supposed to be secure banking but there is no SMS confirmation when loading a new beneficiary????? WITH THE 4000 PROFILE. Instant payment to other banks? not even a 2 to 3 hour delay? Very poor feedback during the investigation process that took over 8 weeks before we got an answer. Don't follow up with the money trail How will we ever stop current ****s if we sit back and accept it??
