Nedbank Poor Customer Service

I logged a query on the 10 February 2025, requesting for money that was transferred my closed credit card to be reversed back into the current active credit card. To date I have been taken from pillar to post, every time you call their call center, you are never assisted. I have even sent an email to their legal department and to date there is no response. Nedbank is truly taking advantage of their customers, they lack proper and adequate customer service to say the very least.
